— Tellwright Systems, Inc. today published its 2025 Transparency and Responsible Use Report, the sixth since the company adopted its Responsible Use Framework in 2020. The report covers the calendar year 2025.

In 2025 Tellwright’s customer review committee considered 412 prospective customers and declined 9. The company opened 27 reviews of possible misuse, closed 24, and suspended access for three users at two mission partners. It received 63 legal demands for customer data, and referred 61 of them to the customer that owns the data, as its agreements require.

“Transparency is how we earn the trust of the communities our partners serve,” said Celia Rourke, Chief Privacy and Civil Liberties Officer. “This report is longer than last year’s because we have more to account for, and we would rather account for it.”

The report is available on the trust and compliance pages of Tellwright’s website.
