— Tellwright Systems, Inc. today announced the general availability of Kinship, its entity resolution product. Kinship examines every record available to a customer in Concord and resolves those that refer to the same person, address, vehicle, device or organization, even when names are misspelled, dates are incomplete or identifiers differ from one system to the next.

Once records are resolved, Kinship shows the relationships between entities: who lives where, who is associated with whom, which vehicles travel together, and how those relationships have changed over time.

“Every agency has the same person in its systems under six spellings and three dates of birth,” said Neal Sorley, chief technology officer of Tellwright. “Kinship gives an analyst one person, with every record attached and a confidence score for every match, so that nothing is missed and nothing is assumed.”

During its preview, Kinship resolved 1.4 billion records for 37 mission partners. It is included in Concord Enterprise and is available as an addition to other Concord editions.
